We want you to love your Printfresh pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code.

• 2.
  Print Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once received.
